Cancellations must be reported no later than two weeks prior to guest’s arrival date. Any cancellations made later than two weeks prior to guest’s arrival date are obliged to pay 100% of the booking fee. If the guest does not warn us about the cancellation of the booking they made, we charge full price of the room rates.
Cancellations for a full group must be reported no later than eight weeks prior to guest’s arrival date, unless otherwise agreed upon. Any cancellations made less than eight weeks prior to guest’s arrival date will oblige the agency to pay 50% of the cancelled rooms. Any cancellations made less than four weeks prior to group’s arrival date will oblige the agency to pay 100% of the cancelled rooms. Cancellations for rooms within a confirmed group must be reported no later than four weeks prior to group arrival date. Any cancellations made less than four weeks prior to groups arrival date will oblige the agency to pay 100% of the guests booking.
ION Adventure Hotel highly recommends that all tours and activities are booked in advance due to the high demand. All tour requests should be sent via email within 72 hours in advance.
For any cancellations, we require it to be written and sent to us via email within 72 hours prior to tour’s actual date. Please note that, any cancellation sent within 72 hours will be submitted to pay full price of the reservation. In case a cancellation on our behalf happens, e.g.: due to weather or other unforeseeable reasons, we will notify the customer via email or by the contact details as provided when booking. We will firstly offer a modification of dates, otherwise, full cancellation of the booking.
